About Resilience by Design

Resilience by Design is a research and publishing programme for making organisational learning visible, reproducible and reviewable.

The programme provides a public home for explanations, experiment evidence and the models used to interpret it. Its dashboard presents synthetic runs and their provenance so that readers can examine how a finding was produced. Separate research areas provide focused environments for authorised participants, beginning with Virtual Surgery Academy.

Technical and governance boundaries are part of the design. Raw experimental events are immutable. Seeds are deterministic. Sources and model versions are retained. Learned deltas cannot become accepted knowledge without an explicit promotion record. Experiments do not connect to clinical, personal-account, manufacturing, emergency or other consequential control systems.
