A governed API for sharing protective learning without sharing operational authority.

Tier_E orchestration

Scoped clients submit synthetic observations and prepare candidate repairs. Deterministic seeds, source versions, assumptions, limitations and stop conditions are mandatory. The orchestrator cannot accept live actuators or deployment commands.

Tier_D governance

Candidates remain append-only evidence. An independent mapped evaluator records tests, then an authorised human makes an exact hash-bound decision. Only promoted candidates become signed OKF v0.2 releases.

  2. Prepare an ontology-aware repair candidate.
  3. Run independent, evidence-linked evaluation.
  4. Record an explicit human promotion decision.
  5. Download the signed package and test it in the receiving network’s sandbox.
No automatic deployment. The service does not connect to clinical, personal-account, manufacturing, emergency or other consequential control systems.
