Resilience by Design treats resilience as an observable organisational capability, not a slogan or a single recovery plan.
The programme asks how a system notices weak signals, frames uncertainty, chooses a response and updates its operating model after evidence arrives. Controlled experiments make those questions inspectable. Each run uses synthetic conditions and a deterministic seed, records its source assumptions and preserves raw events as immutable evidence. Published summaries can therefore be traced back to the exact run that produced them.
Learning does not automatically alter a live organisation. A proposed delta remains separate from accepted practice until an authorised reviewer creates an explicit promotion record. This distinction lets teams explore difficult scenarios without quietly turning experimental output into operational instruction.
The public site explains the method and makes the experiment dashboard readable to everyone. Individual research areas provide deeper workspaces for authorised participants. Those areas can develop their own questions and evidence while retaining a clear boundary from consequential systems.
